Joy had a birthday! She is Sweet 16 and a delight to her dad. We will celebrate with a party on May 8th with her friends by going to the Sanctus Real concert in Columbus. Some of you know we are personal friends with Dan Gartley, the bass guitar player. Dan grew up in our church. Of all the things she could have chosen this is what she wants to do. She is so looking forward to it.
John rested this weekend and is doing fairly well today. He has another round of chemo in the morning. This weekend he plans to teach class on Saturday at the church. Lord willing I will be preaching on Sunday.

Happy Birthday Joy.....where oh where has the last 16 yrs. gone? I remember the celebration we all felt the day you were born. May your life be filled with many - many blessings from God and an abundance of joy from your friends and family.

Joy is not only a blessing to you...she is to me and to many others as well! I've very much enjoyed having her in our small group and traveling with her on mission trips and youth explosion adventures! What a gem! Very hard to believe that she is 16! wow!

I remember the day you came to my office at Christ the King and shared that Pat was expecting. You were a young 50 year old with the expectation of the Lord's many blessings in your life. We celebrate not only with you and Pat concerning the blessing of Joy.

Dear Joy, every time I look at you it brings me joy to see such a blessed young lady as you. I want to thank you for setting such an example in the body of Christ, specialy for your friends and other teenagers. I want to thank you for being sensitive to the Holy Spirit wherever you are. Now....Pastor Pat. Shhhhhhhhhhh!! :) Don't say anything...... but Tony and I have planned a Birthday gift surprise for DeAngelo who's gonna be 14 years old?!?!! Wow.....how times flies huh?!! And you know it! Can you guess what that surprise is?...........
"Sanctus Real" Concert!!! :) Yippy!! We love Sanctus Real, specially DeAngelo, they're one of our favorite Bands. Maybe we'll run into you guys there. :)

This is Marian DuVall from Belpre Ohio. I attend Pastor Rodney Lord"s "Valley Harvest" in Marietta.
I did not know of Apostle John's battle.
The Lord woke me up off and on from 1:30-4:30AM this morning. He had me praying for Apostle. I came against heart issues and health issues. I saw his heart wrapped up entirely with frayed, strips of white linen. Entirely wrapped. I got the Scripture that, " He came to bind up the broken hearted." I kept praying for his health and heart then. Next I saw the Lord, fiding hard on His white Horse, His cape was being blown back because of the speed of His ride. I was told to tell Apoltle John that He is breaking through. He is not to late, that he is coming through the Eastern sky full throtle.He is not to late....this was like a video playing with the music of the song, "I see Jesus" The lirics that I heard were, "I see Jesus coming in all of His glory, breaking through the eastern sky."
My my studies of the Horese and the colors, the White horese represents "LIFE"! It can mean judgement for those that don't know the lORD BUT IT MEANS life FOR US who believe.
I thought I had his phone # on my cell...but I didn't...so I went to the website to get the church # and that's when I realized that he is in a battle.
May Apostle John be encoujrage to hear that our LORD and Redeemr, Healer and provider is awakening intercessors in the night with prayer and visions of encouragement to share with him.
May the FULLNESS OF CHRIST be present today and always for everything HE has paid for us to recieve.BE MADE WHOLE NOW, my friend.
