Our Refrigerator/Freezer Died and Now Lives!!!!

Update!!! 3:49 PM
Thank you Debbie Bodine for referring us to Crum's Repair Service. He fixed it in no time and now it is purring like a kitten.

Happy New Year.

We woke up this morning to water all over the kitchen floor. Too much water for the dogs to make "by accident." We found our food thawed and a dead refrigerator. Of course it is New Years day and no repairman to be found - sigh. So John went and bought three large bags of ice and I packed the food to keep it cold - now we have a real ice box - lol. And I started cooking some of the perishable that will not keep. I told John we are just going to get all our "bad" over with the first day and have a great rest of the year (now if I could just believe that - maybe I'm beginning to believe it).

My plea is: if you know a good repairman who can/will come and repair our refrigerator without costing a million dollars on a holiday, please call our home. (His service was affordable, too)

I pray this is not a bad start to another bad year. Don't think I can take much more. The Lord is my strength!

Pat - a real person, who is encouraged again. PTL

Pat,
That is Sooooo FUNNY! (PTL type!)

I had just gone to the internet to find someone for you guys, found Crum's listed first, and came back to your blog to post it, as I felt good about them, and BAM! You already had them working on your sick 'frig!

Glad you got a good outcome today-those 'last straw' type things can sometimes try to drive you 'over the edge', huh?

Continuing to pray for a peaceful season and blessings in the new year.

Love always,
Judy Barnette

Great to hear Dr. John is feeling better, God does indeed answer prayers. Drs. John & Pat, you are love by sooooooo mannnnnnnny. When our refrigerator went out, we went to the shed, retreived our coolers and used as containers and the deck was our refrigerator, it worked so well. Glad when it was fixed though, you can pretend you,re on a picnic for so long.
Happy New Year
