Thank you for your support! It makes a lot of difference.
I am almost 95% over with the head cold. I feel normal. Also I have been on chemo 5 1/2 months now. The doctor says it is working well and my body tolerates it well. Praise the Lord. I have the next treatment in one week- next Tuesday.
Pat had a form of hysterectomy today. The procedure went well. We trust for no bleeding or other issues.

We love you, Dr. John and Pastor Pat. And we pray for you often. The verse just came to mind- Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely and may your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. He who calls you is faithful Who also will do it.
I hope I recited it correctly- did not check but I did look it up in the Message and I really liked what it said-
1 Thessalonians 5:23-24
May God himself, the God who makes everything holy and whole, make you holy and whole, put you together — spirit, soul, and body — and keep you fit for the coming of our Master, Jesus Christ. The One who called you is completely dependable. If he said it, he'll do it!

Pastor John and Pat we pray for you daily. We are so glad you are doing well on the chemo. We look forward to the day you are cancer free. We pray also for Pastor Pat's recovery. Dr. John, I called the church today to see how you are feeling. They told me about this website so I wanted to take a moment to let you know you remain in our prayers here @ GFC in Mt. Gilead! You are an encouragement to so many!. God is using you in marvelous ways to further His kingdom! Thank you for your positive example in a world that is so weighed down with many stressors including cancer at every turn it seems. God is so pleased with you and your wife!
