As I was shoveling the snow in the back yard, a bright red cardinal flew and landed in a tree near where I was working. Needless to say, I did not even notice it. But Dr. John did and pointed it out to me - as you know he loves cardinals. They are a sign to him (and us) of God’s promises.
We look forward to another day of God’s blessings and healing tomorrow.

Evertime I see a cardinal, I think of ou, Pastor John.
When Joe and I moved to Arkansas, April 2006, as we approached our property with the trailors lugging our furniture and all our things to our new home, the first thing I saw was a cardinal. I immediately thought of Pastor John and knew we were definitley meant to move here.
As a matter of fact, over the past two years, I have frequently seen cardinals on our property and it brings me peace and joy each time.
You are all in our prayers. Please know we think of you often and love you much!

I am so glad to hear you are home, Pastor John, and doing better. Please know that I am praying for you, for Pastor Pat, and for your children. As I am in prayer almost constantly these days, I remember you often and ask God to bring special blessings to you. Thank you for setting up this blog so that I can track your progress even when I am here in Ft Wayne.
Praying God's special touch on all of you,
Michelle Litell

2) Reason to smile: Every 7 minutes of every day, someone in an
aerobics class pulls a hamstring.
3) My mind not only wanders, it sometimes leaves completely.
4) The best way to forget all your troubles is to wear tight shoes.
5) The nice part about living in a small town: When you don't know what
you're doing, someone else always does.
6) Just when I was getting used to yesterday, along came today.
7) Sometimes I think I understand everything, then I regain
consciousness.
8) Amazing! You hang something in your closet for a while and it
shrinks two sizes!
9) They keep telling us to get in touch with our bodies. Mine isn't all
that communicative but I heard from it the other day after I said, "Body,
how'd you like to go to the six o'clock class in vigorous toning?" Clear
as a bell my body said, "Listen fatty .... do it and die."
10) I read this article that said the typical symptoms of stress are
eating too much, impulse buying, and driving too fast. Are they kidding?
That's my idea of a perfect day.
Thought you might enjoy these!
